It's finally snowing.

We woke up this morning to snow. Wow. For a little West Australian like me, seeing this white fluffy stuff falling out of the sky in a whole new experience. I've only seen it snow when I've been skiing at Mount Buller in Victoria, but never in a cityscape. It was really cool. I really wanted to go for a ride while it was snowing.

and feeling very lonely.

Yup, that's really snow falling.

We decided it was probably a good idea to stay in Amsterdam another day and maybe head off the next day when it wasn't snowing. We just had a quiet day hanging around the hotel and resting.
