Another day at sea, and more food.
23/9/12
OK, Suzanne and I wussed out on the Pub Crawl last night opting for a nice quiet dinner with our little group. I enjoyed it, and I think it was a very wise move.
Today was spent taking it easy, downloading all the photos from my camera onto my computer, and filing them, and once again eating our way around the boat.
After dinner we went on to the showroom to watch The marriage Game. This is a fun panel game hosted by our cruise director Shane. They take a newlywed couple, a couple who've been married for a long time, and someone in between. To my surprise (read shock) Suzanne volunteered us to be in the game. A few other couples stood up as well but we managed to score a berth after the kissing competition. It was very funny, even if it was a bit sloppy.
For those of you who don't remember the TV show, The Marriage Game works by taking three couples, separating them, and asking them questions about their partners. The partners the return and answer the questions. The whole process is then repeated with the other partner leaving the room. I'm sorry to say the Suzanne and I came last, beaten by a couple who had been married for over fifty years, and the newlyweds who had been married for seven days. It was a lot of fun, and the audience had a lot of laughs.

If you want to try this at home, here are the questions from the night:
Suzanne's questions:
- What is your partner's most annoying habit.
- What was your partner's last girlfriend's name?
- What is the most unusual place you've made whoopie?
- What movie would best describe your sex life?
- Superman, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Gone in 60 Seconds, ?
- Which of your partners relatives would you least like to be stuck on a desert island with?
- What is your partners bra size?
- What would you make bigger & what would you make smaller on your partner?
- When counting on your fingers the number of previous boyfriends your partner has had, which of the following would apply?
- One hand, two hands, hands across the Mediterranean?
We'd almost finished the night but the best was still to come. It was desert night.
On desert night the Atrium is set up with a gigantic range of desserts. The Atrium is an open area with a spiral staircase linking three decks, so you have three large areas with a great selection of desserts. I'm a good pig so I made a beeline for the chocolate fountain. White marshmallows covered in white chocolate are just heaven. Mmmm.
We're nearing the end of the cruise now. We have another stop in Naples tomorrow then it's back to Civitavecchia and on to Ukraine.
